Supercop: Review

With this second sequel to his enormously popular Police Story, Jackie Chan edged ever closer to matching American action films in scope. Chan stars as Kevin Chan, a "supercop" drafted by his Hong Kong superiors to help bring down a Chinese drug ring run by Big Brother Wei (Kenneth Tsang). First, however, Chan must prove himself to Chinese police director Yang (Crouching Tiger's Michelle Yeoh). The screenplay may be inane, but the stuntwork is amazing.
